HTC Energy Ltd (HTC, “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy governs the use and sharing of personally identifiable information (“PII”) that users (“users” or “you”) voluntarily provide to HTC when they use HTC’s Website (“Website”), Online Portal (“Portal”), Mobile Application (Application”) and any other services owned or controlled by HTC. HTC’s Website, Portal and Application are all governed by this Privacy Policy By using and submitting your information through the Website, Portal, Application or other services, you consent to this Privacy Policy and to HTC’s collection and sharing of your PII according to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to HTC’s use of your PII as explained in this Privacy Policy, you may not continue to use the Website. By continuing to use the Website, Portal or Application, you signify that you agree to the terms set out in the Terms & Conditions of Use and HTC’s Privacy Policy. HTC uses its best efforts to protect your personal information. However, HTC is not responsible or liable for the acquisition of your personal information by third parties without HTC’s knowledge and HTC has no control over anything that occurs on servers not controlled by HTC. The Website may have links to other sites not controlled by HTC and HTC warrants no level of privacy protection from or by those other sites. In the event that you communicate any information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions or other items to HTC regarding HTC, the Website, our Portal our Application and its contents, any such communication is deemed not to be confidential and becomes the property of HTC. Internet Use Considerations

We have implemented measures designed to secure your PII from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you a password for access to certain parts of our Website, Online Portal or Mobile Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone besides authorized users of your account. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure.   • Business information: name of business, tax identification, authorized officers, size of fleet and description of required services.

Our web server collects and stores the following general information about you such as the date and time you access our Website and the name and version of your device or web browser software you are using. This information is collected automatically. It is used to help us improve our website by tabulating the number of visitors to our website in terms of new users, origin of referrers, popularity of pages, amount of use, and types of errors, and to make the website more useful to you. Occasionally we may provide data to third parties concerning the number of visitors to our websites. This data will not contain PII. We may use “cookies,” to store and track your use of the Website. These tools are used to remind us of who you are in order to deliver you a better service. By disabling these tools or not accepting cookies, you may not be able to access all parts of the Website.

PII Modification/Opt Out

You can request the removal or modification of your PII by sending an email to info@htc‐ energy.com. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your request; however, this does not include information which may have been shared with a third party and is no longer in the control of HTC. We shall have no liability under this Privacy Policy and the Website Terms & Conditions of Use for our failure to remove your name from all of our contact lists.

Legal Protection

We reserve the right to disclose your Consumer PII, as required, to comply with the law, applicable regulations, governmental and semi‐governmental requests, judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal process, and will establish or exercise our legal rights and defend against legal claims at our discretion. We will share, without notice to you, all information we possess in response to court orders and to comply with government investigations. At our discretion we will share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Website’s Terms & Conditions of Use or as otherwise required by law.
