How to order a new card for a new fleet member?

From the Esso fleetcard customer portal, go to Fleet Members, select Add new member, input the required information and select card. Once the information is submitted HTC Energy will proceed to print and deliver a new card.

How do I get a PIN No for a new card?

Once the new member is created the system will automatically send an SMS text message to the driver’s mobile no indicating the PIN number.

How do I get a new PIN number in case I forget the PIN?

Contact Customer Support at HTC Energy on 22 444477.

Your PIN will be reset and an SMS text message will be sent to your mobile.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Report this to your fleet manager who can instantly terminate the card from the Esso Fleetcard Online Portal to prevent fraudulent use.

A new replacement card can be ordered from the portal at the same time.

How do I define card allowance limits?

Go to Fleet Members in the Esso Fleetcard Online Portal, select the member and input the required product limits.

How do I pay with my fleetcard at the Esso station?

Present your card that will be swiped on the POS, following which, you will be requested to enter your PIN number.

In order to complete the transaction the system may also require you to enter your current odometer reading, as well as your vehicle identification code.

How do I pay with my fleetcard at an overnight payment terminal?

Insert your card in the payment terminal, enter your PIN number.

The payment terminal will preauthorize your maximum transaction limit following which you may select the pump no. from which to fuel your vehicle.

In order to complete the transaction, the system may also require you to enter your current odometer reading, as well as your vehicle identification code.

To print your station ticket, select option 2 and the pump number.

How do I block a fleetcard?

From the Esso Fleetcard Online Portal, go to Fleet Members, select the specific member for which the card should be instantly terminated, and change the status to Not Effective.

Who is eligible to use the fleetcard mobile app?

A fleetcard mobile app user becomes eligible to use the card only after the Employer Company’s prior approval.

What am I allowed to purchase with the fleetcard?

The user is eligible to use the card only for the specified company vehicle and for the authorized fuel and non-fuel products and services.

How do I get a new Password in case I have forgotten it?

At login on the mobile app select Forgot Password, enter your mobile and press send.

Your PIN will be reset and an email sent to your fleet manager whom you can contact to get your new password.

How do I correct the odometer reading for my last transaction?

Go to Transactions from the mobile fleetcard app, select the most recent transaction and press on odometer to change the reading.

The odometer can be adjusted only for the last transaction.

What are Notifications?

Notifications are messages that HTC Energy may choose to send to you from time to time.

Does my smartphone need to be connected to the internet?

Yes, your smartphone needs to be connected to the internet either on Wi-Fi or 4G for you to receive the 6 digit authorization code with which to process your transaction.

How do I access the Fleetcard Online Portal?

Go to https://essoportal.crm.com/ .

For username enter your account no.

Your password has been sent to your designated email.

How do I change the Esso Fleetcard Online Portal password?

Go to Fleet, then to Company profile and select change password.

How can I add a new member or vehicle?

Go to Fleet Members, select add new member and input the required information.

For a new vehicle select Add New Fleet Member Vehicle, and input the required information.

How can I terminate a member or vehicle?

Go to Fleet Members, select the member and change status to “Not Effective”.

To delete a vehicle go to Fleet Member Vehicles and delete selected vehicle.

How can I re-assign a vehicle to another member?

Go to Fleet Members, then to Fleet Member Vehicles, select vehicle and change fleet member.

How can I order new replacement cards?

Go to Fleet and select Order Replacement Fleet Cards.

Complete the card no, the member’s full name and the vehicle registration no.

On clicking submit HTC Energy will process the card print order and deliver the cards.

How do I define card allowance limits for each member?

Go to Fleet Members, select the specific member for which you wish to apply the product and allowance limits and enter accordingly.

Where can I view Invoices?

Go to Fleet and select Invoices and Transactions.

How can I analyze data and produce reports?

Go to Fleet, and then to Fleet Transactions Analysis and select any filter or sort by any column.

You can export your report to an excel file for further analysis.
